Who are we?

We're a group of independent game designers, art directors, and game publishers who want to give more opportunities to early career artists and creatives.Right now the process of finding talented illustrators, graphic designers, and other creatives involves either asking our network or scouring Instagram, dribble, or Art Station.We see two issues:
1) It's really hard and inefficient to search for and connect with artists across multiple platforms, and we don't even know if they'd be interested in working in games.
2) Early career creatives don't know what to showcase so we can get a sense of their skills.We're working on this free resource for our own selfish interests.
